Accent UK’s return policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was received, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as digital products. Any products purchased outside of the Accent UK website, such as Kickstarter projects, will not be accepted via this website. We will also not accept any returns that are unassociated with Accent UK.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing any parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment with a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items will not be accepted for a full or partial refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective. If a product is bought and you later find that you already own it, then we will be willing to exchange the product with another of similar value.
If you desire an exchange, send an email to accentuk@btinternet.com where you will receive additional information about how to start the exchange process.
Returning (if applicable)
If you are looking to return your product, please send an email to accentuk@btinternet.com where you will then receive further information about the return process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any exchange product to arrive will vary.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive returned items and so recommend, for more expensive return items, that a trackable shipping service is used.
